The Philippines re-opens its borders to foreign tourists on February 10, 2022: What you need to know before you go
The Philippines will finally allow the entry of fully vaccinated and VISA-free tourists in February 2022
FINALLY this is the info that we all pay attention to! From February 10, 2022, the Philippines opens its borders to foreign tourists vaccinated against Covid-19 without VISA and without hotel quarantine. This was announced by the Philippine government on January 28, with the aim of reviving tourism decimated by the pandemic.
In truth, they had planned to reopen in December 2021, but because of (that damn) Omicron variant.. they had to abandon or at least postpone the initial plan…
But that’s only a blessing in disguise! And as we say “TARA NA!” Let’s go! Finally I imagine that before you start, you have several questions about the modalities, can we really travel? How’s it going? and especially with the elections coming up, will things remain stable? The situation can always change, I will try to be reactive and send you the information as soon as possible! In the meantime, let’s stay optimistic!
Here are the latest travel news and conditions!
